Dear Customer,
In reference to the contract for the registration of your domain name, we would like to inform you that Clarence s.r.l. shall cease its activity of resale and management of domains on March 20th. For this reason starting on said date we will not be able to provide you with the abovementioned services.
We therefore invite you to transfer your domain, as well as any and all related services, by signing a contract with another company which operates in the sector, or with Register.it, one of the companies within our Group.
If you would like further information regarding the transfer of your domain to Register.it, please send an email to domains.clarence@names.co.uk before March 20th.
If you have not signed with another provider by the aforementioned date, we will be forced to proceed with the cancellation of your domain with the competent authority. In this case your domain may be consequently registered by third parties.

What happens after March 20th?
Your domain will no longer be active because the company which manages your domain, Clarence s.r.l., shall cease to supply the service. This means that email, hosting and website services will no longer be active.

What do I have to do to keep my domain active?
Transfer it to another company within our group (Register.it) or to another company which operates in the domain hosting/management sector.

How do I transfer my domain to Register.it?
Send an email to domains.clarence@names.co.uk and you will receive all the information you need to proceed with the transfer.

What happens if I don't do anything?
Your domain will no longer be registered in your name and may be registered by others.

Do I have to pay?
Regarding maintenance fees for your domain accrued so far, you will not be required to pay anything; you will start paying the new fees starting on the date you transfer your domain.
